1 Definitions and Preliminary Matters

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jeed bazz platform and all services operated under it. If you do not agree to these Terms after reading them, you may not use the platform. By completing registration, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

Certain words used in this document have specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the jeed bazz website, mobile app, and all associated digital channels.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

2 Account Registration and Verification

To open an account on jeed bazz, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

• Date of birth (for age verification)
• A strong password

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before withdrawing above a certain amount or accessing promotional benefits, users may be required to complete an identity verification process. This may involve submitting a copy of a national ID or passport. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.3 One Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited. If it is found that multiple accounts were used to claim bonuses or other benefits, all related accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

21+ All services on the jeed bazz platform are for persons aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Age is confirmed by verifying the date of birth provided at registration. Additional proof may be requested in cases of doubt. If any user registers using a false date of birth, their account and entire balance will be forfeited.

In addition, if a person is not permitted to participate in online gaming or betting under the laws of their local area, they may not use the platform. Users are themselves responsible for confirming that such activity is lawful in their area.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. This information should not be shared with any third party.

4.1 Security Measures

• Use a strong password — combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Change your password regularly.
• Do not share your account details with anyone, whether known or unknown to you.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
• If you notice any unusual activity, inform the support team immediately.

4.2 Responsibility

The user is responsible for all activities carried out on their account. jeed bazz will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing a password or from negligence on the user's part.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on the jeed bazz platform are made using popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
• When making a deposit, ensure the correct amount is sent to the correct number.
• It is recommended to transact from a mobile number registered in the user's name.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• To withdraw a bonus balance, the required wagering conditions must be met.
• Large withdrawals may be held if account verification (KYC) has not been completed.

5.3 Transaction Security

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Bonus offers from jeed bazz are provided subject to specific conditions. Claiming a bonus means you agree to the associated conditions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times, i.e. ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — wagering conditions must be met first.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed from multiple accounts belonging to the same household or the same device.
• If a withdrawal is requested from the bonus balance before wagering is complete, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Any bonus offer may have a specific expiry period — if not used within the set time, it will expire.

6.3 Other Promotions

Various promotional offers are available, including weekly reload bonuses, cricket bonuses, slot bonuses, birthday gifts, and referral bonuses. Each offer has its own wagering conditions and validity period, which are stated in the offer details.

7 Betting and Gaming Policy

jeed bazz provides sports betting, casino games, live casino, fishing games, and various other gaming options. Each game or betting category has its own rules.

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• Once a bet is finalised, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the related bet will be returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the bet in question may be considered void.

7.2 Game Results

The results of all games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or via a live dealer. jeed bazz does not alter game results. If there is any dispute over a result, please contact the support team.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and tennis. For multi-bets, winnings are paid only if all selections are correct — if even one is wrong, the entire stake is lost. Make sure you fully understand the odds and conditions before placing a bet.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeed bazz platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating an account fraudulently or using another person's account.
• Attempting to hack or modify the platform's software.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets or operate games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting any game glitch or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in offensive or threatening behaviour towards other users.
• Misconduct or making threats towards platform staff.

Any suspicious activity is automatically detected by our system and manually reviewed. If fraud is proven, legal action may be taken.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by jeed bazz

jeed bazz may temporarily or permanently suspend any account at any time due to a breach of Terms, evidence of fraud, or security-related reasons. At the time of suspension, the user will be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to raise an objection.

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their account. Please withdraw any available balance before closing. Contact the support team to close your account.

9.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

10 Privacy and Personal Data

11 Limitation of Liability

The jeed bazz platform is provided "as is". jeed bazz will not bear any responsibility in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is lost due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• If unauthorised access to an account occurs due to the user's own negligence.
• If services are disrupted due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic).
• For delays or errors on the part of a third-party payment provider.

However, if any valid winnings are deducted from a user's account due to a technical error, they will be refunded after proper verification.

12 Changes and Updates to Terms

jeed bazz reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance — by email or through a notice on the platform.
